Dear Postmasters of Tamilnadu circle,
We are continuously achieved many cases like induction training, regular DPC for due promotions, confirmation order, circle gradation list, fake note detector supply etc.,
Only pending subject was debarment of promotion of the officers awarded with censure and punishments which are already completed the currency period.
Atlast we have succeeded in that promotion debarment case also. On 20.02.2017, on behalf of AIAPS, Shri.K.Ayyavoo Circle Secretary, Shri.R.Rajendran Regional Secretary, Trichy Region, Shri.Rajesh Regional secretary CCR, and Shri.K.Kalimuthu Regional secretary, Madurai region have met our honorable new CPMG sir to welcome to our circle. Our honorable CPMG was honored on behalf of our AIAPS.
Our esteemed CPMG sir, requested this association to convey any grievances of our members. On the 4th time on 20.02.2017 also we have requested to promote the officials who are awarded with censure and currency period completed punishments. Now Proceedings have begun to promote the due debarred senior postmasters. C.R have been called-for them.
Long Pending case closed doors are opened now.
Happy days have begun to all the Postmasters at Tamilnadu Circle.
AIAPS conveys sincere thanks to the honorable CPMG Sir, respected DPS(HQ) and the entire circle administration team for settling our pending genuine demand.
Some of the important dates spared by AIAPS to the welfare of our PM cadre to reach this significant process are shared below.
1. On 30.08.2016, AIAPS wrote the letter to the circle administration for debarring the promotion of the officers who have completed punishments and censure punishments.
2. We had visited again to the circle office on 26.09.2016 and put forth this issue in presence to the respected DPS(HQ) sir.
3. DPS (HQ) sir had assured to see the case elaborately.
4. Because of this issue is not settled once again on 23.11.2016 AIAPS-team paid a visit to the circle office, reminded and requested to release the withheld promotions immediately.
5. On 20.12.2016, AIAPS again wrote a letter with each and every officials name (23 PM Grade I officials + 12 PM Grade II officials) whose promotions were withheld.
6. On 02.01.2017 while greeted new year greetings, AIAPS team once again pressed this issue with the circle administration in presence to promote the officials.
7. On 20.02.2017, while requested the same to our new CPMG sir, he told that they would have been promoted during this DPC.
8. The same was confirmed and many official's C.R was requested from the divisions to promote them in this DPC which is going to be held shortly.
9. We are much privileged to thank the circle administration towards the responses to our requests and within 6 months of time we had brought the results.
