Subject: Requesting modification in All India
Combined draft seniority list of Postmaster Grade III cadre as per the

This
association letter even no AIAPS/GS/Grade-III/15-16 dated at New Delhi the
20th July 2016 followed by
the reminder requests even dated 08th November 2016 and 05th
December 2016
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Respected sir,
Vide above reference 1 of the Postal Directorate, All India Combined draft
Seniority list of Postmaster Grade III was released and the seniority of the
officials was listed according to the date of joining in Postmaster Grade II
instead of the seniority in the feeder grade i.e., merit of the LSG gradation
list.
Vide above reference 2 of this service association, this association is
already requested to modify the draft seniority as per the merit list of the feeder cadre (LSG cadre) instead of
date of joining. That date of joining dislocation was caused because of the
dual call offered by the postal directorate to opt the Postmaster cadre by the
LSG cadre officials under initial constitution clause once during 2010 and
again during 2013 instead of only once.
Because
of the prolonged delay in the circulation of finalized Postmaster Grade III All
India Combined Seniority this association had submitted the reminder requests
on 08.11.2016 and 05.12.2016 to the earliest circulation of finalized
Postmaster Grade III All India combined Seniority list.
But Even
after the lapses of 7 months, All India Grade III seniority is not finalized by
the directorate and because of that the further Senior Postmaster cadre
promotion is severely affected to the Postmaster Grade III officials which
demanded ourselves to hold the apex directorate body meeting with the respected
Postal Member (P) and our recognized association AIAPS staff side on
15.12.2016. That time also our respected member (P) and administration team had
assured to give the solid reply within
the fortnight time for our AIAPS Association memorandum which included
the circulation of All India Postmaster Grade III Seniority list
But that assurance is also yet to be
honored even after the lapses of nearly two months to protect the welfare of
the esteemed Postmaster cadre officers of this prestigious department.
We
are still having much faith on the directorate mechanisms to resolve the staff
side grievances and the assurances given by the Member (P) of Postal directorate. So this
association humbly requests the honorable Secretary Posts sir to circulate the
modified seniority list without further delay please.
Even after the request letters, reminders
and even as per the respected Member (P)
sir assurances, if modified All India Postmaster Grade III combined
seniority is not circulated without further delay, then this association has no
other option except knocking the honorable court of law to get justice for our
legitimate genuine demands.
Thanking
you Yours sincerely
