Reference: This association letter even no AIAPS/GS/PM Cadre/15-16 dated at New Delhi the 03^rd November 2016 followed by the reminder request even dated 05.12.2016

1. Vide above reference of this service association, this association humbly submitted the detailed representation regarding the negative interpretation of Postmaster cadre recruitment rules by barring the Postmaster cadre officials from appearing any kind of LDCE exams and as well as to the any kind of deputation in-service posts.

2. This association further had submitted the reminder request on 05.12.2016.

3. On 15.12.2016 this association members team had a apex postal directorate body meeting with Member (P) and postal directorate administration to resolve such negative interpretation by giving guidelines to the postal circles to allow the Postmaster Grade officials to appear the LDCE exams and in-service deputation posts as like LSG cadre officials, since Postmaster cadre was carved out only from LSG cadre. That time also our respected member (P) and administration team had assured to give the solid reply within the fortnight time for our AIAPS Association memora

ndum which included the negative interpretation case to the earliest.

4. But no such solid reply was received till date even after the lapses of nearly 2 months. That assurance is also yet to be honored to protect the welfare of the esteemed front runners of this prestigious department.

5. We are still having much faith on the directorate mechanisms to resolve the grievances of the staff side and the assurances given by the Member (P) of Postal directorate. So as per the assurances, this association requests the honorable Secretary Posts sir, to do the needful without further delay by giving all the benefits to the Postmaster cadre officials as like given to the LSG cadre officials since Postmaster cadre.

Even after the genuine demand of this association and the respected Member (P) assurances, if Postmaster cadre is not equally treated further at par with LSG officials in the upcoming departmental examinations and in-service deputation posts offers of our department, which will definitely against to the constitution of India and then this association has no other option except knocking the court of law to render justice for such in-equality treatment.
