Subject: Request to uphold the assurance given by the Member (P) while the official and AIAPS staff side meeting was held at Dak Bhawan on 15.12.2016

Respected sir,

        For the past 6 years the promising postmaster cadre comprising Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr. Postmaster Posts, was left without giving due legitimate rights and their entire future is in drenched situation once opt out this cadre for their future.

        To discuss about those issues, we have got the formal appointment with the official side on 15.12.2016 and the following official and staff side team have discussed about the major problems faced by the Postmaster cadre. After that formal meeting, the representatives had visited each and every sections on 16.12.2016 and discussed and clarified the required things from the staff side.

        By much faith on the administration the entire Postmaster cadre officials are eagerly waiting for the positive reply from the administration to get full stop for their 6 years prolonged bitter experience in the Postmaster cadre.

        So this association requests the respected Member(P) sir to gear up the action from the concerned directorate branches to give the solid positive reply to uphold the assurance given by the administration without further delay please.
