Dear Postmasters,
On 03.07.2016 Circle level Postmasters and Supervisory cadre officials meeting was conducted under the banner of AIAPS(GL).
Meeting was successfully organised and conducted by the Circle coordinator Shri.R. Rajendran. He made a neat A/C hall and delicious food arrangements.
Founder of AIAPS(GL) Respectful Shri.K.Kanniappan is preceded the meeting with the following Circle and Regional level office bearers.
1. Shri. Venkateswara Rao (Circle President)
2. Shri. Ayyavoo (Circle Secretary)
3. Shri. Dhanapal
4. Shri. Krishnan
Newly constituted divisional secretaries and members are attended this meeting from all over the tamilnadu and shared their views.
4 Lady front members are attended this meeting from the farthest distance and our association conveys its sincere and special thanks to them.
New Regional office bearers are elected and the same shall be published shortly.
The following resolutions are passed.
1. Pressing hard to pass the AIAPS by-law amendments by the directorate to change the association name as "All India Association of Postmasters & Supervisors" and to fix the monthly subscription Rs50 from Rs 40/-
2. Getting Rs 4200/- for Postmaster cadre and for by the virtue of Cadre restructure
3. Getting additional posts to Postmaster Grade I/II/III from 1/3 quota in HSG-II/ HSG-I/ HSG -I (NFG) posts respectively.
4. Getting equal shares to Postmaster Cadre and Supervisory cadre at par with IP/ASP cadre in 75% LDCE PSS Group B posts to remove the bottle-neck in promotions.
5. Getting the compassionate appointment to the wife of late Shri.shanmugavel PM Grade I
6. Upgrading the financial powers to Postmaster cadre/Supervisory cadre to Rs.500/- to Rs.50/-
7. Giving instructor and other key posts opportunity to Postmaster cadre also.
