On continuation of the Four monthly meeting with the CPMG on 30.08.16. The following discussions were held briefly with the Circle office Administration on 12.09.2016.
The following AIAPS team had attended the meeting with the circle administration.

Administration Reply : Administration is saying that some rulings are there that censure cannot be ignored fully while the promotion is based on *seniority cum fitness*. Administration is asked the victimized officials list to detailed case study of that case.
AIAPS reply : we shall turn up again with exact rulings and victimized officials list.
2. Promotion under One time relaxation order
Administration reply : There are only 12 officials are coming under eligibility and those shall be given promotion order very shortly. DPC is already over. But there is no order for adhoc promotion by DTE.
AIAPS reply : we strongly insisted again about the adhoc statement and in Directorate order dated 28.04.2016 there is a clause to give promotions for half eligibility years completed officials for grade 2/3 but not as regular means, by adhoc procedure.
Required directorate copy is once again produced .
3. Giving due monthly meetings to the left out divisions :
Administration reply : compliance reports are already received from various divisions, yet once again the left out divisions are instructed strictly to give due meetings.
AIAPS is given the left out central region divisions list and vellore division.
4. Gradation list is not circulated
Administration reply: already included in the FMM subject and reply will be given shortly within this week.
AIAPS shall take up the case once the FMM formal minutes reply is received.
5. Confirmation order : letter is given and again insisted.
