1. Cadre restructure of Postmaster cadre :

  Proposal was submitted and Circle administration is agreed that glaring anomaly will be arose as "One work two Pay" for HSG II and PM Grade I. Moreover PM cadre cannot be placed at par with LSG since LSGs (Single handed and Double handed SOs SPMs) promotion eligibility is 5 years PA service only where as PM cadre officials are recruited by 5 years PA service and in addition to that  they have to clear the Limited Departmental competitive examination with merit.

     Circle office will take up the proposal submitted by the PM cadre because of the glaring anomaly that "one work for 2 pay". How ever our association is also requested to take up the same case to directorate by clearly mentioning Competitive examination merit cum 5 years PA Service

     For the short fall of 1200 posts in upcoming LSG our AIAPS is suggested to identify all the standard treasurer posts to LSG Cadre.

2. One time relaxation promotion case

    Soon 10 PM Grade I officials will be provided with regular PM Grade 2 promotion among opted LSG officials under one time relaxation. For ad-hoc, Circle administration is requested the citation of the directorate order. Our AIAPS is again cited the one time relaxation order ad-hoc promotion provision, and administration is now assured to give ad-hoc promotion to Grade 2 from 3 years completed Grade I officials after decline/joining of those 10 regularly promoted members.

3. Confirmation order:

     As per the directorate guidelines, AIAPS is requested to furnish the confirmation orders as like in other circles. Administration is assured that one employee can get confirmation order one-time only in his entire service. For this case administration is assured to circulate the order as "Probationary period is successfully completed"

4. Circle Gradation list

     Administration told that Gradation lists shall be issued Once in three years. How ever 2012,2014 Gradation lists shall be scrutinized and if need during 2017 Circle Gradation list shall be issued.

5. Induction training to the 2015 batch PMs

   No of approximate officials asked by the administration to impart the training and AIAPS has given approximately 15 members. Marginal orders are issued to concerned branch to give induction to those left out PM Cadre officials. 

   Later this association comes to the notice that nearly 35 members are yet to be given with the Induction training. Anyhow Administration shall call for the divisional wise left out PM officials list first then only induction training will be imparted.
