AIAPS(GL) has taken the Confirmation order case of Postmaster Grade I, II officials at Tamilnadu Circle.

Dear Tamilnadu Circle Postmasters,

             AIAPS(GL) shall put forth to the CPMG Tamilnadu circle, regarding the issuance of confirmation order to the Postmaster Grade I, II officials.

            Required CPMG letter is published below. The same shall be one of the subject in the upcoming four monthly meeting with CPMG on 26.08.2016.

        Subject : Requesting the confirmation order for the Postmaster Grade I and II officials - reg

Ref : Directorate letter No. F.NoA-17/2008-SPB-II dated at Dak Bhavan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi the 10.02.2011, Clarification serial number 2 & 11.

Kindly refer the above directorate clarification serial numbers, vide above clarifications regarding the postmaster cadre recruitment rules, it is directed to issue confirmation orders after 2 years completion of probationary period.

Confirmation orders are issued at some circles like Andhra Pradesh and yet to give the same at Tamilnadu circle.

So this association requests the hon’ble CPMG sir to do the needful to give early confirmation orders to the 2 years probationary period completed Postmaster Grade I and II officials
