7TH CPC FINAL REPORT VERSUS POSTMASTER CADRE

Dear Postmaster cadre,

              Much awaited 7th CPC final recommendations are released yesterday with almost no change with the recommendations of 7th CPC dated 19.11.15.

           The following are the negative impacts postmaster cadre is going to have in future because of the retrograde recommendations. Dear friends we are in a crucial stage. We have to decide our further course of intensified actions to save our supervisory cadre. So detailed discussion will be held on 03.07.16 (Sunday) cuddalore meeting. Please attend without fail.

1. There is no upgraded Grade pay hike From Rs. 2800/- to Rs. 4200 (Our justified demand is Rs.4600 for PM Grade I)

2. There is no any specific hike for promotions from Grade I to Grade II and Grade II to Grade III and so on. Just 3% hike. Promotions wont be attractive here after.

3. Even after cadre restructure, if grade pay is elevated to the next level, meager Rs 600 to Rs 900 will be the benefit for postmaster cadre while fixing in the corresponding grade pay - pay matrix, even though Grade pay hike difference is Rs 1400. Total hike would be just Rs 600 to Rs 900 only.

            Many more retrograde recommendations are there to severely affect Postmaster cadre in future. 

       So friends please mobilize and attend the Cuddalore meeting on 03.07.2016 at 0900AM without fail to discuss various issues and victimization of postmaster cadre.
