Why other unions started to agitate to not to give trade union facilities to our Postmasters and supervisors association (AIAPS)???!!!

Dear esteemed AIAPS members, promising Postmasters and beloved supervisors....

     1. AIAPS team are marching front than any other unions,  resulting jealous and agitations are prevailing among other unions.

    2. Because of that, one union had even submitted letter to the directorate and even submitted the bimonthly meeting subjects to not to give trade Union facilities to AIAPS.

    3. For that as a General Secretary, I have to clear the following things to eradicate such shakes and unrest prevailing among PMs.
    
    4. AIAPS is a big boon to the severely victimized postmasters for the past 6 years and none is ready to redress the PMs grievances. 
    
     5. Even for LSG supervisors, Both IP and LSG were together the same grade pay Rs.2800/- upto 5th CPC. But IPs are now upgraded to Rs.4600 now and LSG officials are still in 2800. The achievement was done by just 4000 IPs and the so called mighty 40000 members union left even the LSG officials as orphaned. In addition to that 25% of LSG line posts are surrendered to get TBOP and BCR schemes in Postal Department. But without surrendering the single post, all other departments are now getting MACP I/II/III financial benefits. Could they able to restore the surrendered posts? Will the next younger generation forgive them?
   6. In this juncture for the several years issues of supervisors, we had emerged and merged in AIAPS and without depending lower cadre unions, we had started to stand on our own legs and ray of hope started to shine under the banner of AIAPS.

    7. On getting jealous on those our transformation, they started to send allegations on AIAPS without base because of the following reasons.....

i) During 1993 CCS recognised service association rules are notified and Every Union has to prove 33% strength and second largest union by 15% of total membership  strength through check off system.

ii) DOP had started the check off system during 1995 by by ordering P3 people should join in P3 associations and P4 people should join in P4 unions only whereas for supervisors they are directed to join in AIAPS or else in P3 unions too. Who had done such inethical tactics to bring such orders during 1995?

iii)For that AIAPS strongly objected that, will department allow P4 in P3 or IP associations vice versa? Why only PMs are directed such and conducted the court case. For that court had given absolute stay for such biased/defective check off system order of the directorate and had given the verdict to maintain the status-quo as before for AIAPS. 

iv) Status -quo means previous thing will be maintained as it is. We had enrolled the members before and we could do that now too. We had formal meetings before and we will have that now too.

v) Now misinterpreting those orders, those so called jealousy unions had submitted the letters to the directorate is totally subjudice and will attract contempt of the court too. 

vi) If AIAPS objected the following things then they may never run their so called unions smoothly.

a) HSG II/I cadre are  Group B non gazetted cadres and they could not be in Group C unions as per the CCS RSA 1993 rules.

b) LSG also promotional norm based cadre than PAs and their enrolment in clerical union is also objectionable under CCS RSA rules.

c) if we started to object those, then so called mighty leaders would become non members.

d) Do they know the real facts and whether they are ready to answer for these?

e) why the so called 40000 members mighty union couldn't do the things done by 4000 meager number IPs union to get the identical pay to LSG at par with IPs? 

Could they claim IPs to their clerical unions??? then why are they longing for supervisors be for their clerical unions?

f) For our own food, we are striving hard, and why that too can't digest by them?

g) Our cadre is different and our path is also different. Instead of exhausting their concentration on our journey, they could utilise such time to the betterment of their PA members. For the last 20 years they had done nothing to LSG line and now for the 6 years to PMs. Without doing nothing to us, If they come across our journey is not at all fair and ethical too. Hope they would be decent here after.

h) Finally they are blaming our non-participation in strikes and saying that we are entirely making their strikes meaningless without our mighty presence as key (post) holder of the offices. For that too we had clarified so many times that We assure and always ready join with them for very serious type of general and sectional issues. But Non-making the joint platform struggles with AIAPS is their mistake and we cannot be blamed for their own omissions. If they blamed us even for their own omissions, then we are not going to bother for that. 

8. Finally If we started to object the LSG /HSG II/HSG I officials in clerical association then many of their office bearers may loss even their  basic membership including CHQ/circle/regional/divisional secretaries. 

9.However we are not having such broughtup to do so, but gonna object these kind of subjudice letters with all relevant materials and citations to the core.

10. And we are always ready to shoulder with the clerical associations for the vital issues if joint platform is organised with AIAPS.

11. AIAPS is having 100% success rate upto Circle level and going to extend the same upto the directorate level.
