1 there should be a separate pay scale for postmaster grade 1 , grade2 , grade 3 , sr postmaster cadre..

2. grade pay difference between grade 1, grade 2, grade 3, sr postmaster should be adequate

3. entry level postmaster cadre grade pay should be 4200 that is postmaster grade 1 grade pay should be 4200

4. pay scale for postmaster grade 1 should be equal to IP basic as both are the first promotion from  PA cadre.

5.demand for 4200 grade pay rejected by commission by giving reason that first promotion from PA cadre should be in 2800 grade pay.....then ip is also first promotion from pa cadre then why 4200 gp for ip ....commission should reduce it to 2800.otherwise enhance pm grade 1 grade pay to 4200. its a natural justice.

6.there shluld be equal time gap between promotions in both line that is ip line and pm line .that is for promotion of ip to asp there should be a certain time gap like 5 yr or 6 yr ...and asp to sp promotion should be at a time gap of 5 yr or 6 yr like pm line promotions and for this separate rulings should be made .

7 .pm grade 1 and ip shuld have equal powers coz pm officials not eligible to ip exam otherwise allow grade 1 officials to ip and group b exams ...

8..there should be provision to take group b exam to pm officials as per rule lsg officials with 5 yr service are eligible for group b exam...

9...supervising officials means post master s shuld have special allowance for monitoring .

10..separate leave system should be brought to pm cadre means there is a need enhanceing of cl and el limits and no o f cls to pm officials .

11...time gap of 6yr ....5yr...2 yr should be removed while giving promotions and normal dpc shluld be conducted every year to give promotions .

12.gazetted status shluld be given to pm officials....
