Views of PM cadre officials in Facebook..........

Who is the CREATOR of Postmaster Cadre and why the cadre was created? I think nobody knows.....! Somebody has sublime intention to play with the new & fresh generation of Dept. of Post and put them into a black hole in the long run! The PostMasters who is the face and future of the changing cituation of the Department (MANAGER of the POST OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!)and really worked hard dawn to dusk for the Department's shake but they have no moneytory benefit or any other facilities for their sacrifice! Not only that but also they have no permission to appear in the promotional examination like Group'B' or other exam and surprisingly they are not permitted to officiate any higher post where they should be the automatic choice!
I know the R/Rules and I do agree with you. Appear in the promotional examination is the fundamental right! But irony of fate that they ignore the point to rule the system! Alas! Department supersites the Union Thinking.
Postmaster Grade
I am forced to say the following comments with heavy heart.....
There is no attraction for Postmaster cadre here after since, already PM Grade I officials are 3 times higher when compared with PM Grade II, III, Sr. PM posts vacancies, those posts will be filled by available PM Grade I officials in future. As per rules in force, PM Cadre officials couldn't apply for IP/PS Group B. So for this year PM Cadre no one will apply if they know the facts of above. If PM grade I official selected in this year recruitment then they couldn't write any IP exam/ PS Group B exam, and they should wait at least 20 years to get even PM Grade II.
Let me explain What a shame in this,
Its a basic constitution of India, that for higher pay anyone can write any exams for their further career opportunity, but they are creating a stupid point to spoil the career of PM cadre officials from preventing the official appearing in IP/PS Group B. Then who will write this exam?
Cadre is constituted for a good cause. But these people is spoiling the cadre. Who will stop this? God only knows.................
Postmaster Grade
I think my eyes are good enough to read the recruitment rules of postmaster cadre and found that, no sentence is impacting the PM cadre officials should not allow to appear in the further competitive examinations. In recruitment rules PM cadre officials further promotion will be in the PM cadre promotion hierarchy. It means after opt PM cadre no one should claim for the further HSG II, HSG I and other time bound posts. But this brilliant persons are super imaginary, and circulating as PM cadre officials should not appear in the IP/PS Group B. Its a basic human rights appearing in the higher pay post competitive examinations. Before making orders blindly please read the recruitment rules or else please say the the order number of the upsc/directorate which is restricting the PM cadre officials from allowing in the competitive examination Again I am asking the same. Cadre is constitued for the good cause. But these people are spoiling the cadre. Who will stop this? God only knows..................

Hi my dear Postmasters,,,,,...
Did you read the LSG recruitment rules? In that recruitment rules, officials who are all completed 5 years service in the pay band 5200-2400-20200 is automatically eligible to promote as LSG SPM with pay band 5200-2800-20200 without any examination. If so What my question is, If after 5 years service, without examination we are eligible for 2800 grade pay, then what is the need of writing PM Grade I without any remuneration? Will cadre restructure committee and anomaly take this issue? Give vide publicity among our Postmaster cadre friends and union secretaries who are serving as Postmaster cadre now.
Further comments and clarification regard this would be highly appreciated.
I agreed with above. There is no meaning to deprive PM Gr. officials
from their ligitimate claim to appear departmental exams.

UNITE FOR THE GRADE PAY HIKE AND GROUP B EXAM PERMISSION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
ReplyDeleteIn AP circle, HSG I Postmasters with at least two and a half years of adhoc service service are demoted to work as HSG II SPMs in the disguise of Postmasters cadre with pay loss. This seems to be a new staff welfare system, demoting from grade and reducing pay! Let our department get patent rights for this.
ReplyDeleteOnly pressure and struggle from PM grade officials will end this discrimination.Immediately form all india association and start struggle
