Kind appeal to all postmasters to appear in PSS Group B exams - AIAPS CHQ

Dear Postmasters,

         If required by the various circle Postmasters then AIAPS - CHQ will provide the required draft to file the CAT case to appear in PSS Group B examinations.

Significant clarifications are received from Tamilnadu circle administration because of the AIAPS continuous efforts.

Dear Postmasters of Tamilnadu Circle,

         Nowadays we are started to reap the results one by one after joining in AIAPS. As a result of AIAPS continuous letters, Circle administration is now given the following significant clarifications to protect the welfare of our Postmasters in the subject of "Grievances faced by the Postmaster cadre officials"

          AIAPS conveys sincere thanks to the honorable CPMG, DPS(HQ) and circle administration staffs.

AIAPS subject letters and the circle administration clarifications are as follows : 

1. Confirmation order is yet give for the probationary period completed PM cadre officials :

Confirmation is not necessary. (Though confirmation orders are issued in some circles It is now clarified that no such order is necessary) Hence we are deemed "confirmed" once completed the 2 years probationary period. None can be dealt us probationary period Postmasters here after!!!

2. Circle Gradation list shall be issued once in 6 years.

3. Now it is very clear that because of the AIAPS pressed the one time relaxation promotion issue, promotion to Grade II and Grade III orders are released . Circle administration is itself mentioned the same.

       AIAPS will fight for getting the allowances back and wont let the legitimates rights down even to Postal Assistants...

PSS Group B exam - Urgent call by the AIAPS - CHQ

Dear Postmaster Cadre brothers and sisters,

       As we assured already after joining with AIAPS, this association is day and night working towards the betterment of Postmaster Cadre and as well as General Line LSG officials too. 

       In this juncture, this association is receiving so many objections from our staff side that depriving the PM cadre officials in all endeavors is not a fair. 

       One of the incident is not allowing Postmaster Grade I/II/III officials for writing PSS Group B exams.

       For that the following preliminary works may kindly be prepared from each and every circles and the same shall be informed to this association in the following proforma to gradepostmaster@gmail.com on or before 16.10.2016. Kindly nominate an active and enthusiastic person as Nodal Person in each circle to collect and follow up the case.

         Detailed action plan will be intimated to the concerned nodal officer by the team AIAPS.

Pl submit 7th CPC option form today if not submitted after 25.7.2016

Dear Postmasters,
  
             AIAPS will fight to get Rs. 4200/4600/4800 upgraded grade pay to Postmaster Grade I/II/III from anomaly committee. Anomaly committee proposal is already submitted to the directorate on 03.10.2016 and the same was published in our blog too. 

            So please give the 7th CPC option fixation form w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and get arrears after calculating your own gain/loss if form is not submitted till now.

Convert NPS to Old Pension Scheme - O.A. allowed - applicant deemed to have been appointed from the date of vacancy arosed

In the OA No. 180/00020/2015 filed before hon. CAT Ernakulam Bench (Kerala Circle) , Applicants are directly recruited Postal Assistants, appointed in the year 2005 against the vacancies arose in the year 2002. They are aggrieved by not including them in the statutory pension scheme under the CCS (Pension)

Hon. CAT, Ernakulam Bench (Kerala Circle) in OA No. 180/00020/2015 dated 15.02.2016, allowed the O.A as no other third party interest is put in jeopardy and as the applicants will not be eligible for other benefits like pay for the aforesaid period. Hence it is declared that the applicants are deemed to have been appointed from the date the vacancy arose and that they shall be included in the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. Respondents are directed to collect necessary subscription under the Provident Fund Rules and the contributions collected from the applicants under the new pension scheme shall be credited to their general provident fund account. It is made clear that no other financial benefits including increments and backwages have been granted to the applicants for the aforesaid period.

STATE TO ALLOT FIVE ACRES OF LAND TO THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT IN AMARAVATI

A new era in postal and telegraph services began with the launch of A.P. Postal and Telecom Circles here on Tuesday.

The Central government also plans to launch 13 circles in all districts in the State. All these 13 circles would function under the main circle of the State.

While Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu launched the A.P. Postal Circle, Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu launched the telecom circle. The postal and telecom circles were launched close to two-and-half years after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
