Present Question of 1 crore central government employees/pensioners is "WHY THE STRIKE WAS DEFERRED?"

Dear friends,

         Including Postmaster cadre almost all the cadre was severely affected with the meager hike by 7th CPC. We have to travel nearly 8 months for the analysis of 7th CPC retrograde recommendations and past developments regarding the implementation of those retrograde recommendations. Atlast GOI maintained the status quo in the implementations of 7th CPC. Strike was deferred 3rd time. Why strike was deferred?? Whether to give ample time to GOI to decide the justified demands of Government employees? or to dilute the protests?

AIAPS(GL) POSTMASTER CADRE CIRCLE LEVEL MEET AND CWC GRAND SUCCESS!!!

Dear Postmasters,

             On 03.07.2016 Circle level Postmasters and Supervisory cadre officials meeting was conducted under the banner of AIAPS(GL).

       Meeting was successfully organised and conducted by the Circle coordinator Shri.R. Rajendran. He made a neat A/C hall and delicious food arrangements.

             Founder of AIAPS(GL) Respectful Shri.K.Kanniappan is preceded the meeting with the following Circle and Regional level office bearers.

1. Shri. Venkateswara Rao (Circle President)

2. Shri. Ayyavoo (Circle Secretary)

3. Shri. Dhanapal 

4. Shri. Krishnan

              Newly constituted divisional secretaries and members are attended this meeting from all over the tamilnadu and shared their views.

              4 Lady front members are attended this meeting from the farthest distance and our association conveys its sincere and special thanks to them.

              New Regional office bearers are elected and the same shall be published shortly.

If special CL sanction order is yet to receive, please apply for own CL by the divisional secretaries and after receiving the special CL orders the same shall be converted as Special CL

Chief PMG is released the order for Special CL for Cuddalore CWC

Dear Friends,

             Because of switching over to the recognized trade union, we can now get the special CL for the trade union activities. CPMG is released the orders for special CL for the AIAPS(GL) divisional secretaries, and circle office bearers. Without recognized forum these are all not possible.

1.) What is the Fitment Factor used in Pay Matrix?

A fitment factor of 2.57 will be applied across all Levels in the Pay Matrices.

AIAPS stand regarding the July 11th indefinite strike !!!

Dear Postmasters,

                 For July 11th indefinite strike, AIAPS(GL) was not invited by the JCA to decide further. No demand was placed for our Postmaster cadre also. In the same way we are in a position to respect the feelings of Postmaster cadre on the agitations of retrograde recommendations of 7th CPC.

7th Pay Commission:-15 things you need to know

1. The present system of pay bands and grade pay has been dropped and a new pay matrix as recommended by the commission has been approved. Separate pay matrices have been drawn up for civilians, defence personnel and for military nursing service.

By doing away with the pay bands and grade pay, the new pay matrix ensures that there are no abrupt jumps in salaries upon promotion in different pay bands.
