               Sub: Grant of Special Casual Leave  to the Circle Office Bearers for attending the  Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Postal Supervisors (GL) to be held from 06th to 07th Nov’17 at Pollachi - Reg.   

     It has been intimated by the Circle Secretary, All India Association of Postal Supervisors (GL), T.N. Circle that the Circle Working Committee meeting of their Association will be held from 06th to 07th Nov’17 at Pollachi. 

     Necessary Special Casual Leave, if applied for may please be granted to the Circle Office Bearers from 06th to 07th Nov’17 with actual journey time as per the standing instructions on the subject provisionally in accordance with the Union Constitution subject to regularization on production of certificate of attendance.  It may please be ensured that grant of Special casual leave should not exceed 20 days in a year.

     The Regions are requested to communicate the same to the Divisions/Units under their control.
