Kind appeal to the newly upgraded LSG/HSG II/HSG I officials under cadre restructure.

Dear Postmasters and Supervisors,

On the outset of Cadre restructure, 7338 supervisory posts establishment of our postal department had enhanced to 37431 supervisory posts.

   More than Half of the group c strength(69996) is now upgraded to supervisory post. So you are all most welcome to our All India Association of Postal Supervisors - GL (AIAPS-GL).

  I request you all the AIAPS divisional/regional/circle secretaries to issue welcome notice to all the newly promoted LSG/HSG II/HSG I officials under the bannership of All India Association of Postal Supervisors.

While issuing the notice the following things may kindly be included.

   AIAPS is the only association doesn't have any political, caste, religious colors and working only towards the betterment of the postmasters and supervisors.

   AIAPS is the only association stands firmly to implement the cadre restructure without deferring.

    AIAPS is the only association stands exclusively for the welfare of supervisory officials.

  After upgraded to LSG/HSG II/HSG I & PM 1/2/3 posts, we are not clerical staffs to be the dependent to the clerical side unions.

  We are purely recognized association by the Govt of India and getting all the trade union facilities including monthly/bi-monthly/Four monthly meetings to get our due and legitimate rights.

Our esteemed association's resolutions and agendas.

   1. Being the association apart to political, religious, and caste. only working towards the betterment of the members welfare.

   2. Enrolling MACP 1/2/3/LSG/HSG II/HSG I/PM 1/2/3 officials to the maximum and working towards the betterment of those officials.

   3. 5 times MACPs to all as like officer cadre officials.

  4. One time relaxation to upgrade/absorb all the newly promoted LSG/HSG II/HSG I officials after cadre restructure.

  5. Upgraded one stepped up pay to the Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr.PM w.e.f., 02.02.2011 as on the date of LSG gazette notification.

  6. Immediate Postmaster Cadre restructure by Upgrading and enhancement of 1/3 newly upgraded HSG II/HSG I/HSG I(NFG) posts to Postmaster Grade I/II/III posts and alloting all the thrown out IP/ASP cadre 141 HPO postmasters posts to Sr.PM posts.

 7. Jointly fight back to get PS Group B LDC exam 25% posts to the 5 years service completed LSG/PM cadre officials along with Inspector cadre officials.

 8. Protecting the trade union rights along with other unions/associations by jointly working with them.

   9. Getting 75% Senior Postmaster posts exam quota to Postmaster cadre officials.

  

   10. Ensuring cadre restructure once in every 5 years as per the DOPT norms.
