I am glad to see the honorable PM initiatives to stop the money laundering.
To get full stop for that I am Proposing ACDC (Adhar cum Debit Card) Act -implementation to curb out all black money and fake currencies in single stroke...
Already suggestion was given vide PMOPG/E/2016/046598 What is ACDC? ADHAR cum DEBIT card procedure has to be followed instead of present currencies.
Why ACDC?
To Make india corruption free,
To eliminate the black money,
To eliminate the fake currencies,
To eliminate the theft crimes,
To eliminate even the work of printing currencies.
How ACDC act has to implemented?
All the Adhar card may kindly be mapped with their concerned bank/postal accounts and the backside of adhar card may kindly be configured with debit card facility.
Almost most of the citizens are supplied with adhar card and their data already available in central server.
With that data adhar card cum debit card can be easily supplied. And each shops can be supplied with POS swipe machines in subsidized rates.
All Indian Citizen earnings can be credited in that adhar card and spendings can be done by that debit cards.
When compared with present scheme hurdles to curb out the money laundering and crores and crores of currency printing expenses, the above is very simple and can be rolled out gradually too.
How would It be effective?
Because of Adhar card based one cannot open duplicate accounts for their money assets.
Because of single account with adhar mapped, everything will be accounted.
Benefits because of ACDC Act:
If even atleast 1% tax is levied for every transaction then the entire india would become wealthy.
None can hoarding the black money and as well as cannot print fake currencies since no paper currency usage.
As a proud citizen of India I put forth this suggestion to the beloved prime minister and if required I am ready to discuss about this suggestion in detail.
Benefits If it is implemented then
1. No terrorism encouragement by sponsoring money
2. No black money
3. No fake notes since no currency
4. No violence too in the name of sponsoring.
Entire country would become peaceful too. I am eagerly awaiting for our respected prime minister's response for this proposal. Jaihind
