On 15.10.2015 proceedings have been completed with the following:
Advocate of the Respondents' side represented that he could not communicate the stay Petition to the respondent thereby did not get any comment from them.
Our Advocates strongly opposed such representation of Govt. Advocate.
Hon'ble High Court is pleased to accept the representation and orders to hear our Stay Petition on 28/10/2015.
The Hon'ble High Court is giving reasonable opportunity to the Respondents of our case maintaining the Principal of Natural Justice and by this way our chance of winning the case is increasing day by day.
