NICE AND USEFUL SOFTWARE BUT BEFORE GIVE TRAINING TO THE AGENTS PLEASE INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IN YOUR OFFICE AND THEN MAKE YOURSELF TRAINED IN THIS SOFTWARE FIRST AND THEN ONLY THIS OPTION WILL BE FRUITFUL.
