MAJOR MISTAKES OBSERVED AT DELIVERY POST OFFICES IN HANDLING PARCEL COD ARTICLES.

COD Articles Are Taken Receipt As Registered Parcel/VP Parcel At The Time Of Bag Opening:
  1. Check all the Parcels physically and take receipt of all COD parcels as COD only in Bag Opening option of Postman module. 
  2. Even though RMS (Parcel Hub) invoices the article as RP/VPP in the Parcel list, the delivery Post Office is supposed to take receipt of the article as COD only and raise error entry
  3. If the article is taken receipt as Registered Parcel/VP Parcel by mistake, don’t invoice the article as Registered Parcel/VP Parcel. There is an option to the Supervisor of the Postman module to change the Non COD article into a COD Parcel. Use this option, before invoicing the article to Postman/BO and change the article type to COD Parcel.

Not Requesting For Electronic Data If The Article Is Physically Received At An Office Other Than The Pin Code To Which It Is Booked

The object is to allow posting of messages by those who are having login credentials to CEPT web site. As a first step towards this goal, facility for posting of messages relating to Mutual Transfers is provided.
  • 1) Requests for Mutual transfers: In the normal course, it is very difficult to know who is willing to go on mutual transfer to a particular place. Thus employees with such need may be suffering due to lack of knowledge about other employees with similar need. Now facility is provided on http://cept.gov.in to employee seeking a mutual transfer to any place in the Country. Employee can post requirement so that employees with similar needs can respond. Log into http://cept.gov.in to register your request or to see the existing requests.

  • Register yourself (if not already registered) to post requests or see the existing requests.

Dear Postmasters - WE ARE BORN TO LEAD THE POST OFFICES!!!

JODHPUR CASE HEARING SHALL BE ON 21.07.15 FOR OUR AIAPC RECOGNITITON - TOMORROW IS OURS !!!!

     Revolutionary greetings to all. Jodhpur Court AIAPC recognition case shall be heard tomorrow on 21.07.15 and as a respondent our department has to file the reply for our recognition petition.

     After the reply of our department we could get clear conclusion regarding our next move. As we mentioned earlier without the participation of AIAPC, we wont let the completion of other 16 approved unions membership verification 2015.

     Because of that we are patiently waiting to draft our tamilnadu circle circular which was already scheduled on 08.07.2015. Kindly cooperate and be patient with us. Don't sign in membership form of any union except AIAPC. 

     We are born to lead the post offices. We are the face of our department. We are the front runners of DOP. 

      But we should not be misguided with bogus assurances and illusions.  From Tamilnadu circle We have already contributed financially and personally  for this court case to the good cause.

          WE WILL WIN SURELY. TOMORROW IS OURS.
       WE HAVE NOTHING TO LOSS. BUT HAVING SKY TO ACHIEVE.

7th Pay Commission Recommendations has begun to emerge!

“It doesn’t come as a surprise that even bits and morsels of information about the recommendations, which is being eagerly expected by nearly 50 lakh employees and pensioners, make headlines.”
The recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission have slowly started to make their way to the media in the form of unconfirmed news. The information that was being extensively discussed by all for more than a week now has finally made it to the websites yesterday.
It has now been confirmed that the 7th Pay Commission will submit is report to the Government next month. With the report being given a final shape, certain pieces of information have already started to hit the media. Some of the workable recommendations of the commission are out.
