Dear Postmaster Cadre friends,

Deep discussions are going with AIAPC Chq and with the members of Tamilnadu circle postmaster cadre friends to derive the final decision regarding our next move of AIAPC-TN. Within 29.06.2015, AIAPC Chq is decided to get stay legally for membership verification, since even after so many requests, our AIAPC association didn't reflect in the recognized unions list for membership verification in department of Posts, India

We are already had very bitter experience and our cadre is totally left orphaned in all manners including cadre restructure, pay commission representation, Grade II, & III, Sr.PM promotional avenues, etc.,. SO THIS IS THE HIGH TIME TO TAKE FIRM DECISION

If any union is approached you to sign in membership declaration, please say that you shall decide and proceed regarding that only after 02.07.15.

Our decision shall be informed sharply on 02.07.2015 1100HRS, So Till that Please don't sign membership form of any union. For any queries please feel free to Contact over phone me through 9600841933.

Only 10 days left to exchange your pre-2005 currency notes

Only 10 days are left to exchange pre-2005 currency notes, including those of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 denominations, at banks as the deadline to do so is ending on June 30.

Seeking cooperation for withdrawing pre-2005 currency notes from circulation, the RBI has asked the public to deposit the old design notes in their bank accounts or exchange them at a bank branch convenient to them.

The earlier deadline was January 1, but later the Reserve Bank of India had extended it till the end of this month.

All pre-2005 notes continue to remain a legal tender. These notes can be exchanged for their full value at bank branches.
