Subject : Seventh Central Pay Commission’s recommendations -amendment of Service Rules/Recruitment Rules

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments OM No AB.14017/61/2008-Estt. (RR) dated 24/03/2009 regarding amendment of Service Rules/ Recruitment Rules in pursuance of Sixth Pay Commission’s recommendations. The revised pay structure recommended by 6 thCPC and approved by the Government included a number of ‘merged grades’ with a common Pay Band and Grade Pay.

GDS Pay Commission Report. Pay fixation details. Report contains 434 pages.      
                  
For 3 Hrs GDS work entry level pay was fixed as Rs.10000.

Ordinary Leave : 15 days in every Jan and Jul and accumulated upto 180 days.

Emergency Leave : 5 days in a year cannot carry over.

ML : 26 weeks

Paternity Leave : 7 days

GDS Pay committee Pay fixation page!!!! Will it be a game changer?

   On behalf of AIAPS, we are conveying our sincere thanks to the GDS pay committee chairman for recognising the strenuous work of GDS.
    For 3 hours work entry level pay is fixed as Rs.10000. If so for 8 hours work entry level pay should be fixed as Rs.26000.
   Will it be a game changer.?

Income-tax Rules amended to provide that bank shall obtain and link PAN or Form No. 60 (where PAN is not available) in all existing bank accounts (other than BSBDA) by 28.02.2017.

Income-tax Rules have been amended to provide that bank shall obtain and link PAN or Form No. 60 (where PAN is not available) in all existing bank accounts (other than BSBDA) by 28.02.2017, if not already done. In this connection, it may be mentioned that RBI vide circular dated 15.12.2016 has mandated that no withdrawal shall be allowed from the accounts having substantial credit balance/deposits if PAN or Form No.60 is not provided in respect of such accounts. Therefore, persons who are having bank account but have not submitted PAN or Form No.60 are advised to submit the PAN or Form No. 60 to the bank by 28.2.2017.
