Will there be a HIKE in 6% DA this week?
The Union Cabinet is likely to approve hiking dearness allowance (DA) to 113 per cent from existing 107 per cent benefiting 30 lakh central government employees and 50 lakh pensioners in its meeting scheduled in this week.
“The Union Cabinet will take a proposal to hike Dearness allowance for its employees and dearness relief for its pensioners to 113 per cent in next week as per agenda listed for the meeting,” a source said. The hike in DA would be effective from the January 1st this year.

In HPO also, they could get sub office above statistics for any period by typing concerned SOL IDs by following below procedures.

Modi Govt May Implement Seventh Pay Commission Report From April 2016.
The Seventh Pay Commission drafted in to make a new pay structure for the 30 lakh Central government employees would not be able to submit its report in August this year, the Commission is likely to seek extension till October.
The reports of Seventh Pay Commission will be implicated from April next year as Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said in the Parliament on February 27, “The 7th Pay Commission impact may have to be absorbed in 2016-17.”

BANKING SERVICES IN POST OFFICES

Will the Minister of COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) whether Government proposes to entrust banking related services to the Department of Posts;
(b) whether all post offices in the country would also function as a bank; and
(c) if so, by when this work is likely to be completed?
ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
(SHRI RAVI SHANKAR PRASAD)
(a) Yes Sir. The Department of Posts applied to the Reserve Bank of India for issuance of license for setting up of Payments Bank on 30.01.2015.
(b) No Sir. The Government does not propose to convert all post offices in the country to function as a bank. However, Department of Posts applied for license for setting up a Payments Bank on 30.01.2015, which may utilize a part of existing resources /infrastructure of the Department.
(c) Date of completion of the above work will be depended on the decision of the Reserve Bank of India.
SSA A/c Opening List View/Print (HACSP) : Finacle Solution
As you Know SSA scheme is new Added in POSB. There is no report in HFINRPT menu, so many SOLs are preparing List manually. Here we are give a remedy to all to print the Account Open List of SSA. You can use HACSP command to View/Print List of Account of SSA. The following process is used to execute this command. This command can be used in CPA/SU/SA level.
