One serious thing happening around PM cadre friends...

1. In the AIAPC blog they have stated that they are started to file the court cases one by one for postmaster cadre grievances.

2. Without knowing the stand of the department, filing the court cases for again and again for various issues will seriously spoil our cadre and stop all the PM cadre related  progress by mentioning that case is pending and subjudice.

3. First we have to know the stand of the department, second if the department is denied anything then only we have to approach the court.

4. It is pertinent to mention here that during the visit of AIAPS at directorate, some sections stopped the discussion with us by mentioning that u PM cadre people were filed  court cases so we cannot even discuss those subjudice matters  here  and directed to deal with court there after filed the cases.

Happy news to Postmasters!!!

Dear PMs and Supervisors...

     Some of the PMs, had submitted objections to me for not adding PM cadre in the IPPB also, for that i had submitted my firm objection through email and requested the corrigendum in the mode of FAQ. For that directorate personally send FAQ to me now through email. 

    It is CHQs duty to resolve the agitations by the PMs informed early to us, but proceeding further is purely their discretions.

Compiled the following significant things, happened during 2017 under the bannership of AIAPS

1. 2017 had started with positive energy to AIAPS because of the directorate visit during, December 2016. That is the first experience to know the wantings and language of the directorate, to put forth our grievances.

2. During April 2017  more members were enrolled and new aiaps divisions were also constituted through out the circles

3. Formal meeting request with Secty Posts was submitted during May 2017 with 12 agendas passed during the CWC Delhi.

4. After continuously followed up meeting was held with Secty Posts, DDG(P), DDG(estt), Director (SR), ADG(SPN) on 25.07.17 with AIAPS seven members team.

5. That is the first time in the PM cadre history,   discussed exclusively about PM cadre depth pain with Apex officers.

Aadhar linking guidelines!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
         I am directed by competent authority to convey the following

      This is regarding Linking  of AADHAR (Bulk) in CIF through CSV file. Trail mail from DD sir on the above subject is forwarded for reference.

We are still getting mails from Sub offices/HOs directly. Circles are requested to kindly consolidate the list and share us consolidated file for upload. We will be sharing failure reports to Circles only for onward transmission to concerned POs.

Adhar enrolement and updation related Sify network accessible sites!!!

So far https://uidai.gov.in was the only URL accessible in Sify network.

Proposal for whitelisting of other useful URLs of UIDAI in connection with Aadhaar Enrolment com updation related work has been taken up with N.I.  team through R.O. and from 21.12.2017 onwards the following URLs are accessible in Sify network...


(1) While updation to check as to whether the Aadhaar Number stated by the customers are valid/active and to check whether mobile was already linked to aadhaar number, the following URL can be used...

(2) When the customer requests for status of the updation/enrolment done at Post Office (Enrolment centre), the same  can be checked using the following link
