The Central Government’s decision on recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) on Allowances published in Gazette of India yesterday i.e. 6th July, 2017; All allowances are given effect from 1st July 2017; Concerned Ministries advised to issue their Orders on Allowances governed by them immediately so that the revised rates of allowances get reflected in the current month's Salary Bills of the Government employees.

Appendix I

List of allowances recommended by the Seventh Central Pay Commission (7th CPC) along with modifications as approved by the Government of India

2.	Breakdown Allowance	Abolished	Retained. Existing Rates multiplied by 2.25. Rates revised from ₹120 – ₹300 per month to ₹270 – ₹675 per month

MM 7.9.8 UPGRADATION POINT OF SALE BULK BOOKING ERROR

Issue :

After upgradation of MM 7.9.8 , while booking BULK RLS in Point of Sale module the following error message shown in the screen;

[Mircrosoft] [ODBC SQL SERVER DRIVER] [SQL SERVER ] INVALID COLUMN NAME 'USERCODE '

Solution:

Please download the attached & run the counter06072017.exl using script tool.exe after taking full database backup of counter.

After running the attached script successfully, please run the counter.exl available in the Meghdoot update 7.9.8 for Pointofsale once again using script tool.exe after taking full database backup of counter and then check for the reported issue.
