Now AIAPS team have stepped into one more success.
Journey of AIAPS-Tamilnadu towards the PM Cadre one time relaxation promotion orders!!!
Dear Postmasters of Tamilnadu circle,
We are continuously following up many cases like promotion debarment of punishment completed officials, induction training, regular DPC for due promotions etc., Some of the cases like confirmation order, circle gradation list, fake note detector supply are satisfactorily settled to the members by our AIAPS association.
In the same way Journey towards the one time relaxation promotion is also not at all easy to our AIAPS association and we had visited four times and have written many letters to the circle office for the regular and as well as adhoc promotions to the due officials as per the directorate one time relaxation orders. Some of the important dates spared by AIAPS to the welfare of our PM cadre to reach this significant process are shared below.
1. One time relaxation order was circulated by the Postal directorate on 28.04.2016.
2. On 10.05.2016 - Grade II to Grade III DPC process was started by the administration.
3. But Even after 2 months delay, PM-III promotion orders were not issued, hence we have included the subject in the AIAPS Four Monthly meeting during August I week.
4. On 09.08.2016, PM-III promotion order was released by the administration.
5. For Grade II promotion we urged the administration further on the Four Monthly meeting with circle administration on 30.08.2016.
6. We had visited again to the circle office on 26.09.2016 and requested about the pending regular and as well as adhoc promotion to the PM-II post.
7. But the same was challenged by the circle administration that no such order from the directorate for adhoc promotion.
8. For that we had discussed elaborately about the directorate order and explained the staff side part very elaborately on 26.09.2016 and gave some other circles names which were done adhoc promotion already as example to the tamilnadu administration.
9. Finally the administration had agreed and assured to release the adhoc promotion order soon. On the same date 26.09.2016, PM -II regular promotion order is also released because of the continuous efforts of our AIAPS association.
10. Again on 23.11.2016 AIAPS-team paid a visit to the circle office, reminded and requested about the pending adhoc issue to the administration.
11. Again on 02.01.2017 AIAPS-team had paid a courtesy visit to the circle office again and reminded about the pending adhoc issue to the administration and pressed further because of the monitory loss to our PM cadre members.
12. Because of the continuous efforts made by the AIAPS-TN team and the circle administration's regards on our AIAPS association, on 09.01.2017 now adhoc promotion order was also released by the circle admininstration.
13. We are much previlaged to thank the circle administration towards the responses to our requests and within 3 months of time we had brought the adhoc promotion orders now.
14. Adhoc promotion order is shared below for the esteemed members knowledge
15. Thanks for the support dear Postmasters
