AIAPS - Postmaster Cadre welfare fund Contributors List

Dear Postmasters of Tamilnadu Circle,

Irrespective of the other unions, overwhelming response was received from all over the Postmasters of Tamilnadu Circle. Till now 74 Postmasters are donated for the Tamilnadu Circle - Postmaster cadre welfare fund. We convey our sincere thanks to all the Postmasters contributed.

Remaining Postmasters are also requested to donate for AIAPS today itself to the POSB CBS A/C number 3342447168 .

AIAPS is actively working towards the Betterment of Postmaster Cadre and regularly following up the long pending PM Cadre subjects with directorate and as well as Tamilnadu circle level.

Directorate Level
1. Letter to the Anomaly Committee for the decent pay by upgrading the PM Grade I/II/III Grade pay to Rs.4200/Rs.4600/Rs.4800 respectively  w.e.f.01.01.2016.

2. Cadre restructure proposal for the decent promotional opportunities with minimum shifting from working division.

3. Directorate itself is asked the suggestion from us to modify the PSS Group B recruitment rules and the suggestion to conduct the PSS Group B exams by open competition from 5 years completed LSG/PM Grade/IP candidates. (That will be under consideration for the Financial year 2017-2018 only. But for Previous Financial Years upto 2016-2017, existing recruitment rules only can be adopted. For the aggrieved Postmaster cadre officials completed 5 years LSG/PM Cadre service, this association will do the needy to appear for the previous year quota too)

Tamilnadu Circle level :
1. AIAPS have got the authenticated reply about PM Cadre one time relaxation promotion from circle office by put forth the Four Monthly meeting formal meeting dated 30.08.2016
2. On 26.09.2016 Tamilnadu Circle level Cadre restructure proposal was submitted to object the glaring anomaly of "two pay for one work".
3. "Censure and completed punishments are barring the promotion" Subject was discussed with AD-Admin and affected officials lists with details are wanting to resolve the above important issue of Tamilnadu Circle.
4. Because of the 26.09.2016 formal meeting PM Grade 2 regular promotion order was issued on the same date i.e., 26.09.2016
5. Induction training proceedings are escalated to the left out 37 Postmaster cadre officials.
6. PM Cadre Gradation list, Confirmation order request letters are also given to the circle administration and the same is in active consideration.

To achieve all the above directorate/Circle level long pending subjects, we have to commute Circle office and as well as Delhi Directorate frequently. For that fund is very vital for that only we are started to collect donation. So Please support and donate today itself without fail.

Thanks in advance.
