Bad News : Govt discontinues seven interest free advances for employees

Government has discontinued seven interest free advances, including those for purchase of bicycle and warm clothing, in pursuance of recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission. 

Finance Ministry said bicycle advance, festival advance and natural calamity advance have been abolished.

You are all well aware that without any personal motive we are all unitedly functioning only towards the betterment of our Postmaster cadre and as well as Supervisory Cadre.

1. Merely paper proposals wont solve our all issues. So to meet our D.G by 5 members team of AIAPS at Delhi to upgrade the pay under anomaly committee letters and to enhance the posts under cadre restructure proposal

2. To meet out the other expenses to go and attend upcoming formal circle meets at chennai with circle administration

3. To pay the maintenance cost for the building allocated to our AIAPS association at teynampet - Rs.9000*

               Crucial date for calculating the 5 years regular service under one time relaxation order was fixed on 01.04.2016. As on 01.04.2016, the following officials should have also been promoted to the Post of Postmaster Grade II. But their names are not in the promotional order list and exact reason is unknown to this association.
