Status of Cadre Review Proposal as on 30.09.2015

Dear Postal friends,

We are striving hard from 2012 to get approval for the cadre restructure proposal for our postal department. 14 departments have already gotten the approval from the cabinet. We have submitted our memorandum and discussed in various forums for the past 4 years. But by nullifying all the efforts, DOPT now announced that cadre review proposals might have been taken after 7th CPC recommendations.

If so we have much chances to submit the fresh proposal only to the cadre review committee, when 7th CPC recommendations are varied much with 6th CPC recommendations. If fresh proposal is submitted then we have to start from the beginning and our 4 years hard work might be nullified and 7th CPC also would suggest hike as per the available old postal cadre structure.
