Sub: Verification of qualifying service after 18 years service and 5 years before retirement.

 

It has been observed by this Department that processing of pension cases of the employees retiring from the government service quite often get delayed on account of the issues relating to verification of service from time to time by the concerned authorities during the service of the concerned employee. Although detailed instructions regarding verification of service have been issued by Department of Personnel & Training and by this Department, these instructions are not meticulously adhered to resulting in delay in sanctioning of retirement benefit of the employees.

Seventh Pay Commission: Employees’ Delight, Govt’s Despair

New Delhi: The Seventh Pay Commission report is awaited, the new pay scales will be applicable to Central government employees with effect from January 2016.

50 lakh central government employees and 56 lakh pensioners including dependents hope to get this gift from April next year. The revised pay scales are likely to be implemented retrospectively starting 1 January 2016.

Many commentators say that the average increase in basic fair pay for all government employees will be in the region of 40-45%.

AIAPC WRITES TO DIRECTORATE REGARDING THE ABEYANCE OF SUBSCRIPTION FROM POSTMASTER CADRE

AIAPC writes to the D. G Posts to keep in abeyance the deduction of monthly subscription from the pay of October-2015 of Postmaster Grade-I, II & III 2015 till the final outcome of Hon’ble Jodhpur High Court Writ Petition No 6895/2015 by way of issue of common circular to the Heads of Circles

Membership verification process of Postmaster Cadre- order issed by PUNJAB circle

Action initiated in Punjab Circle on the letter issued by the Circel Secretary, AIAPC Punjab Circle regarding Membership Verification -2015 consequent upon the Dte’s Letter No 13/01/2015-SR Dated 8th June 2015 and Hon’ble Jodhpur High Court’s Interim Order Dated 06/08/2015

Vacancy position for holding of DPC for PS Gr. B for the year 2015-16

Everybody knows that Directorate vide Memo no. 9-02/2015-SPG dated 14.09.2015 has called for the vacancy position in PS Gr. B cadre as on 1/9/2015, 1/10/2015 and 1/11/2015 from all Circles by return of post for holding of DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the vacancy year 2015-16.  Due to our constant efforts  and hard work it has been decided by the Directorate to convene the DPC either at the end of this month or in the first week of next month subject to receipt of requisite information from circles. Directorate has also called for the names of the PS Gr. B officers who working in other circle and requested for re-allotment to parent circle.

   

As per the records available and maintained by General Secretary, following is the month wise and circle wise vacancy position in PS Gr. B cadre.

All Circle Secretaries are directed to confirm the following vacancy position to GS and ensure the submission of requisite information by their circle to Directorate within 2 days.
