We are compelled to go on indefinite strike from 16.10.2012.to achieve long pending, justified demands of GDS. Indefinite Strike notice has been served on 21-09-2012.
We are requesting your support to this agitation for the cause of GDS. Also request you to restore the old tradition adopted by Com. Adi, shri GKP and Sri Pruthi kindly extend all support.

In short, it is decided by all the circle in India Post to form a non federated association to take up all genuine issues to the Directorate for the carrier progression of the Postmaster Cadre.
The ad hoc body created consists all the circle members.
All Circle co –ordinators are requested to obtain remaining consent letters from the Postmasters of their circle send them by SPEED POST.
Andhra Circle Postmasters, you may miss the MEET, even though we have taken your points in the resolution passed on the Meet. Please contact Shri. Ganesh Sable, the convenor and present ad hoc committee General Secretary of the All India Association of Postmasters cadre to get resolution copies and intimate the name from your circle to represent the ad hoc body today.
