It is clarified by DOPT vide O.M. dated 23.05.2012 that any fee charged by the schools for teaching through audio visual media/appliances is reimbursable. It is also stated that any fee charged for any aid or appliances used is reimbursable  as "fee"

This rates will be in force during the financial year beginning on 1.4.2012.
