A Mile stone in the struggles of AIAPC - Directorate issued orders to AIAPC general secretary

Dear Postmasters of Tamilnadu,

Postmasters cannot participate in the membership verification process 2015 - directorate orders

            Revolutionary greetings to all. Due to 3 years delay, we have planned for alternate solutions to bring our PM cadre issues. But Directorate itself, now gave clear cut clarification to all the postmaster cadre officials to not to participate in the membership verification process 2015. Since postmaster cadre is the distinct cadre, they are not come under 16 categories of approved unions membership verification process like NFPE, FNPO, Supervisory association, etc., vide directorate letter no : 13/01/2015-SR dated at 08.06.2015 ( Copy of the directorate letter is attached with this post)

          Now it is very clear that we could not be a member of NFPE, FNPO, All India Association of Postal Supervisors etc., We could not sign in membership forms of any 16 approved union which would become invalid too. In the same time, it is worth mention here that we could not sustain without the member of any approved unions. 

              So AIAPC is compelled to knock the door of JUSTICE regarding ‘Distinct Category’ and recognition of AIAPC for Postmaster Cadre. AIAPC files Writ Petition No C.W. 6895/2015 before the Hon’ble High Court, Jodhpur Bench that has been heard this day.  Next date of hearing will be announced shortly together with issue of Notice to the Respondents. We won’t let the Membership Verification Process-2015 complete before disposal of our case.


        For above legal expenses AIAPC - TN is also contributed with the requested amount of Rs3000/- for the betterment of our cadre. We will shortly come up with success till that please bear with us with patience. As mentioned already Please don't waste your time by signing into other unions which become invalid due to directorate orders.  We won’t let the Membership Verification Process-2015 complete before the disposal of our hon'ble high court of Jodhpur case.
