PM CADRE RESTRUCTURE UPDATE - DIRECTORATE SOURCE NEWS

1. File has been sent to ministry of finance, department of expenditure since money is involved with PM cadre restructure.


2. Because of the 7th pay commission related hectic work at ministry of finance it is badly delaying.


3. Positive issue is PM Grade I,2,3 surely will get 4200,4600,4800 under PM cadre restructure. 

4. Once file is received from dep.of.expenditure, member HR will circulate the cadre restructure on the same day.

Employees accused of sexual harassment can be transferred to another office to prevent them from influencing victims and to ensure fair inquiry.

Ministry of Communications today launched India Post Help Centre and a Toll Free Number 1924 to address the grievances of people in the Country related to Department of Posts. Inaugurating the Help Centre here, Minister of Communications, Shri Manoj Sinha said that the move comes in the wake of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance And Timely Implementation) review meetings, where he exhorts the Union Ministers to actively address the grievances of the common man by setting up and strengthening Public Redressal Grievances Mechanism.

Informal meeting with Ad-Admin CO on continuation of formal Four monthly meeting

New allowances for central staff likely to be paid from October.

As per media reports, central government employees will get the revised allowances as per recommendations made by 7th Pay Commission from October 1.

The Committee on Allowances under the chairmanship of Union Secretary, Finance (Expenditure) had on September 1 met with representatives of the Central government unions.

Centre sets up committee to address pay related anomalies

New Delhi: Central government has finally set up a committee to look into various pay related anomalies arising out of the implementation of the Seventh Central Pay Commission's recommendations under immense pressure from the employees unions.

The committees is expected to examine individual, post and cadre-specific anomalies arising out of implementation of the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission.

Sub: Grant of leave to the staff working under HSG I Postmaster.

Sir / Madam,
It is observed that HSG.I Postmaster is competent to grant only casual leave to the staff working under him/her. The applications for grant of other kind of leave to staff are forwarded by him/her to the Division office for approval. It has been brought to the notice of the Directorate that at times the said procedure takes time and if such officials who do not have casual leave left in their accounts want to proceed on earned leave immediately to some unforeseen circumstances, they face problems in proceeding on leave at short notice.
